Streaks are habit consistency challenges where participants complete daily tasks. Each challenge has rules, exercises, and template schedules. To keep your streak active, you must log workouts daily in the "My Progress" tab before midnight.
- Browse and select an active streak challenge on the Streaks page.
- Click "Join Streak" to add it to your daily activity watchlist.
- Check the daily guidelines for list of exercises and targets.
- Submit your check-in log. If manual verification is required, upload video/photo proof.
- Maintain consecutive daily logs to build up your streak score on the Leaderboard.
Verification settings are decided by the streak owner when creating the challenge:
- Auto Verification: Logs are instantly marked completed when a participant checks in. Best for casual challenges and trust-based habit logging.
- Manual Verification: Requires uploading physical photo or video proof-of-work. The coach or streak owner must review and approve the proof in the "Proofs" queue to validate the log.
Verified fitness coaches can create custom monetization plans to charge for coaching advice and plans. Subscription funds are routed through Stripe or Razorpay gateways.
- Navigate to the "Monetization" dashboard from the navigation menu.
- Click "Create Plan" and input details (Title, Price, Features, Slots).
- Set an optional slot limit if you wish to cap the number of active clients (e.g. 10 users).
- Verify plan details and save to enable payments and unlock subscriber-only content controls.
To subscribe to a fitness professional: 1. Visit the coach's public profile page. 2. Choose from their available subscription tiers under the plans section. 3. Click "Subscribe" to enter billing details. This grants you access to subscriber-only posts and opens a direct chat window with the coach.
Track your physical progression by logging metrics regularly in the tracker panel. Navigate to your Profile and click "Log Progress". You can input weight, body fat %, waist/chest/arm sizes, and attach a transformation picture. Logs can be toggled public or private to protect user data.
Navigate to the "Diet" tab. Set your target calories and macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats). Use "Add Food" under Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or custom meals to log your food database items. Track water intake by clicking quick-size selectors (250ml, 500ml, 1L). You can also drag and reorder meal sections to fit your schedule.
Communities are public or invite-only sub-forums dedicated to specific gym disciplines (e.g., Powerlifting, Calisthenics, Yoga). Groups are smaller chat circles. You can create a community to share threads, upload workouts, and chat with members sharing similar goals.
